Material and process availability are confirmed during review. Certification, medical suitability, skin-contact or food-contact claims are not assumed.
Specify the detail that matters
The figure image shows folds, small surface features and a patterned base. Mark the details and visible faces that matter in your file. For a resin quotation, state the intended handling, finish and assembly so support placement, cleaning and curing can be scoped. The photograph alone does not identify its manufacturing process or material grade.
Define detail, handling and post-processing
For small presentation features, mark the detail you want to preserve and where support-contact marks may be acceptable. Describe how the part will be handled and whether it joins another component. Agree the actual resin grade and the cleaning, curing, assembly and finish included in the delivery.
Fine layer settings and visible detail do not establish suitability for every load or environment. A functional requirement needs a grade-specific review.
