This public website does not upload or store customer design files through its enquiry form.
Enquiry handling
The quote form prepares an email in your own email application. It is sent only when you review and send it. It may contain your name, contact details, company, service, quantity, date, city and project requirements.
Do not send confidential CAD through the public form. Ask the team to arrange an agreed secure transfer route.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is optional. We load it only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or enquiry options. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.
If you allow it, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to measure page visits and selected contact or quote-form actions. Google receives browser and device information, pseudonymous identifiers and network information when your browser connects. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, filenames or design files. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments, and referral addresses are omitted. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled.
A phone or email click records an action, not a completed enquiry. Preparing an email draft is not counted as a received lead. A website lead event is used only after the enquiry service confirms durable acceptance.
